Peter, after spending the last night on Earth with his wife, Bea, sets off on the journey of a lifetime to a distant planet called Oasis. He arrives without incident and prepares for his mission: to preach the Good News among the natives, while Bea worries, sending messages into space and waiting for a reply. The news on Earth are not good. It seems that the old world is coming to an end.

I am writing. The pace is not fast, but steady. Ideas keep coming, as usual from who knows where. Life goes on in its own way, at times suspiciously apropos of what is being written. Or perhaps the writing goes on, and life is being written.
